A unique cuvée from Gosset, the oldest wine house in Champagne. A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir at seven grams per litre of dosage, it was aged for 15 years in the cellars (the normal for non-vintage Champagne is less than five). This is a complex and powerful Champagne with notes of biscuits, sweet spice and yellow fruit.
